I had thought about blogging this on Friday. Call it 'finishing Friday'...but I never get any projects done Monday thru Thursday....so that just didn't seem right. I decided Monday blogging this is fine enough after a productive weekend.
It's another ______ bag. As I am writing this post. I still can't remember the name of the pattern. I know, I know, you all helped me out...even with a link. I still can't remember it. I am going to look now.
In the mean time, I just wanted to say that I started this bag and bag #1 over 2 years ago. They were supposed to be presents for friends for Christmas. A comment triggered that memory.
I ended up scrapping the idea and making potato bags instead.
I have 2 purses now...I think they can be Christmas presents this year!
Oh right, the bag's name......
okay off for morning coffee. I need it.

I am so glad that I am not the only one who can't remember names, even after being told. Oh yeah, the bag is cute!
And I'm glad I'm not the only one w/ WIPs that are over a year old! Love the bag! Glad you had a productive weekend : )

I think I have that pattern too! And I think I've made one, but who knows where it is around here. There are just too many cute things to make and do to remember them all :) Looks cute.

I recently came across your giant pincushion tutorial and made one using the machine piecing instructions. I'd like to thank you for a great tutorial and the best pincushion I have. I don't have to 'chase' it around when putting pins in when chain piecing. Thanks!
I love the fabric!
I love your blog too. I check in on your blog often and I love what you do.
I have been meaning to make up some of these - they would make excellent Christmas presents.
Cute material for a cute bag!
The patterns is called 'Grab Bags'. I got it free from the allpeoplequilt.com website. I have made quite a few for my daughters and also as gifts. They all love them.
