In between my vignette hexagon piecing I have been changing it up with english paper piecing 3" applecores.
What do you think?
Am I crazy?
Does anyone want a tutorial on how to piece applecores with this technique?
It's a great prject for busting stash!
Are you up for the challenge?
This makes it definitive. I'm just going to have to get an AccuQuilt.
ReplyDeleteUmmm paper piecing?? I'm interested... do tell more..
ReplyDeleteI would love to have the technique and tutorial, thanks
ReplyDeletePlease!!!!I'd love it!!!
ReplyDeletei've always been curious about how to do this.
ReplyDeleteYes please to a tutorial - I love paper piecing and will be interested in this. Should I start a new pp project ? lol xx
ReplyDeleteAfter a quilt appraiser came to our guild and showed an applecore quilt with the comment of "it looks like someone used a bunch of women's undergarments for this one" I don't think I could ever make an applecore quilt....
ReplyDeleteWould this be like English paper piecing? Then yes! I never thought to do it that way. I just know, accuquilt or not...I would never do it by machine. I am too scared of all those in and out curves.

ReplyDeleteAn applecore quilt is definitely in my future, so bring on the tutorial!
ReplyDeleteYour apple core quilt/topper looks amazing... I will sit on the side lines a little longer for this one. How can you manage all that handwork with a busy little family???
