I didn't get FMF the first release.
I was just finishing dental school, knee deep in debt, with a new husband, new baby and well...
A LOT of debt.
I couldn't afford to buy it.
When I realized that Free Spirit was releasing it again, I vowed to have a piece of each print.
I may or may not have gone over board
(yardage of some, FQ of each print),
I may not be done buying yardage.
Just saying.
Some of you may not care for the prints or that they have been re-released....
for me it a bit like a dream come true.
Anyhow,
I cut some new Flea Market Fancy Legacy yesterday.
Then popped out my graph paper.
See how organized I am?
Eventually the graph designs go into EQ7 and so forth.
There is a method to my maddness.
There will be a FMF quilt....
oh yes there will be...
p.s. don't forget to enter the giveaways on my blog

I also love FMF. Never had any of the previous either. I am on an email alert at one of the online stores for yardage. Do have some FQs also....simply love the aqua large print!
ReplyDeleteI didn't even know what quilting was when the line was first released but I've been saving for some FMF. I really love that fabric.
ReplyDeleteI love the classic colors...certainly couldn't resist either!
ReplyDeleteI love it but I got my fill the first go round at $2 and $5 a yard. I got spoiled! No stashing for a while here.
ReplyDeleteThose are so pretty! Beautiful colors!
ReplyDeleteOh fun! I can't wait to see what you create.
ReplyDeleteFMF as a whole doesn't float my boat but there are a few prints in the line that I like. I'm happy for you that you finally got some and get to play and make a Legacy quilt for yourself. :)
ReplyDeleteyay for FMF! I am still waiting for my pre-order of mine :( Can't wait to see what you create!
