As I mentioned last week, Natalia quilted a few more quilts for me.
I made this basket quilt to test/use my Go! cutter basket die.
Some of you might remember that I struggled with the applique of the handles
and finally gave up and used rick rack.
I love the rick rack on this quilt plus the machine quilting :)
**************
This quilt was made origianally for the Moda Bakeshop but it didn't make it there.
I was demonstrating a windmill ruler that I bought at JoAnn's.
I really loved this one because I used a charm pack of
Neptune...one of best Tula Pink fabric lines ever.
I can't say that I would have used Neptune now,
knowing how much it is/was in demand :o
Here's some close up shots.

I love them both! They are both gorgeous! Too bad the one didn't make the Moda Bake Shop. You have made some amazing patterns for it.
Very pretty quilts, Vickie. I love the rick rack handles on your sweet baskets.
I like these quilts very much. I have a GO I have never used. Now seeing these quilts I too would like to make one of them. I will go look at JoAnns for the twirly ruler. I shows wonderful movement. Your quilts are beautiful and inspirational. The ric rac is a wonderful idea, one of the reasons I've never made one is the handles. I'm not ready for applique. Thank you very much for sharing these wonderful quilts. jlblvn@gmail.com
